No "Black Born Criminal" Ever does this

That's a lot of mouth for a born criminal with convictions that he has not been punished for and several hundred more outstanding.

But...

This cartoon reminds me of when I worked for the Ledger-Enquirer back in the 1980s.

We had a political cartoonist by the name of Mike Luckovich from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, who was published in the L-E consistently for his aptitude and brilliance when it came to depicting, in a cartoonish manner, the backwardness or the lunacy and hypocrisy of a political thug or some type of political action that simply didn't make sense.

Like the time Newt Gingrich threatened to make Black children "get a job" so their parents could be forced off welfare. And he was perfectly clear about who he expected to work to make that happen.

Luckovich drew a cartoon that Black Columbus threw a "fit" over when he took a jab at Gingrich's policies. He depicted a Black baby being held by one foot upside down and "shook out" for change--coins falling out of the baby's diaper.

Still very much in shell shock from so many latent Jim Crow depictions from former decades, the Black community of Columbus misunderstood the assignment as a cartoon ridiculing Black children when it was really Luckovich 'taking a jab' at Newt for being stupid enough to believe it was okay to let children go hungry even when there were no jobs to be had. And make no mistake, Gingrich specifically TARGETED "welfare mothers" who were of a specified race.

Gingrich wasted no time making it his business to be clear about how "uneducated" Black people were when it came to politics after the local Black community pitched one about that cartoon. I found myself explaining it to a LOT of people who knew I worked there.

Trust, Columbus was lacking in work at that time, and especially work that paid enough to cover the costs of working and paying the bills. That has not changed very much some 50-odd years later.

The only good news is that you won't find many people who will even bother to get out of bed for Georgia's minimum of $7.25 an hour any more. That small change, and nobody is coming to work. Period. And they shouldn't.

Making $50-$60 per day before taxes when it costs $75-$150 per day to work is not an option any more.

ABOUT A JOB

Fast forward to 2025, and the last we heard from the federal Labor Department, Trump had divested about 300,000 Black women of jobs at the federal level of government.

Now considering that he/TRUMP also deeply cut into any social assistance they might find in between jobs, AND considering that jobs are disappearing like vaporized water under tariff hardships and business shutdowns that came about as a result of it, how long will it take the alleged "United" States to go into bankruptcy with $35 TRILLION+ in deficit spending.

It won't take much longer, that is certain.

But this a direct result of not knowing the actual jobs numbers and of a certain low class of people living by Hollywoodian stereotypes that came out of the minds of mentally malfeasant folk who don't know the majority of people on welfare were never Black.

Back in the gap, Black women did not have to "fight for the right to work," they didn't have a CHOICE.

In the Black communities, there was no such thing as a "stay- at- home" Mom, even when the father was present and employed. The only ones who did stay home were getting a few dollars a week to daycare children whose mothers, or parents, had to work.

Deficit spending, of course, is not something that can be saved.

It only gets directed from one money tunnel funnel to another, and the spending on Trump's watch won't help the people Trump disenfranchised and divested of jobs, but he will redirect it to himself so that he can be "richer than God" at taxpayer expense ... here we come gold ballrooms for the White House and $3 Billion Arab Emirates luxury planes to fly around in, etc etc etc.

BORN CRIMINALS

I'd venture a guess that a lot of Black people out here agree with him/Trump, but these are the same or similar types who fell out when Hillary Clinton was recorded calling Black youth "super-predators."

Back then, she had the CBC (Congressional Black Caucus) agreeing with her. Then they scorched her forty years later for racial profiling and the three strikes laws which caused mass incarceration, when it was their own fault it happened.

Now Trump is basically saying the same thing Hillary did. But ... Now we know how slavery happened.

Back in the gap, when I told a few people "you keep messing with Ronald Reagan and that falsified "Christian" mentality, Black folk are going to find themselves back on plantations." They laughed at me and said it'll never happen.

What they calling it now?
The SCHOOL TO PRISON PIPELINE and PRISON INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX? Same thing: Plantation in a Box.

Trump called it all "Black Jobs" (Plantation and domestic work, that is); then he ran off the immigrants and sent in the National troops to make sure a LOT of Black folks end up taking their place--working those fields in the heat of the day for little to no pay--and we're back..."partying like it's 1829."

Bet they don't laugh now. And
The shame of it all?

Trump made it about incorrigible Black youth, but made no mention of the other 70-80 percent of the nation who commit violent crimes and are NOT Black.

They didn't want to talk about white-on-white crime, just Black youth being "born criminal," like the same can't be said of their moral constituents of another color.

Can we have that conversation about white on white crime now that the nation's biggest advocate of gun sales and gun violence was killed by one?
