The Gates of Hell Can't Be Closed

A crater in Turkmenistan has been on fire for roughly 50 years. 

The country's president recently announced plans to put out the flaming attraction, which measures about 230 feet wide and at least 100 feet deep. George Kourounis has been to that crater, which is referred to as the Gates of Hell.
