Georgia prosecutor can impanel grand jury in investigation of Trump efforts to overturn state election results

The Fulton County Superior Court said Monday that Fani Willis (D) could move ahead and impanel a grand jury. The Atlanta-area prosecutor is weighing whether former president Donald Trump and others committed crimes by trying to pressure Georgia election officials.
