Public Agenda Guidelines
The regular meetings of the Council of Columbus, Georgia shall be held on the following days:
9:00 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month
5:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
APPLICATION TO GET ON THE PUBLIC AGENDA
Except for such January meetings in odd-numbered years, a Proclamation Session shall be held
by the Mayor on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
In any month with a fifth Tuesday, a consent agenda shall be considered and a Work Session Meeting shall be held on said fifth Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., and there is no public agenda listed on that date.
NOTE: Within 24 hours of form submission you will receive another notice confirming the date you wish to appear before the Council. If the second confirmation receipt is not received within 24 hours, please contact the Clerk of Council's Office at (706) 225-4013.
