Patch Atlanta reports: "$1,000 Bonus Awarded To Georgia's First Responders and Police"

ATLANTA — Georgia law enforcement and public safety officers and first responders will receive a $1,000 bonus, Gov. Brian Kemp announced on Monday.

Local governments and employers of eligible emergency responders and officers across the state will be able to apply to the state Office of Planning and Budget to receive the funding through the end of the year, Kemp said.
