  • Average home values again experienced appreciation in 2024 – up 5% to $275,418.

  • Average Days on Market remained consistent with 2023’s numbers at 36 days.
  • The average list-to-sale price slightly decreased to 98.6%.
  • Homes that sold in their 1st 30 days on the market garnered a significant amount more of their list price (98.3%) compared to those that were on the market 30+ days at 95.7%.
  • All areas saw appreciation in 2024. Salem garnered the highest average sales price at $352,442 - up 9%.
